Can I cancel or modify my order?

To request a cancellation or modification to your order, please contact our customer service team via chat (when available) or email (customer-service@clawharbor.com). Keep in mind that we fulfill orders same-day if placed before 3 pm CST, Monday through Thursday. If your order has already been fulfilled and shipped out, we are unable to cancel or modify it.

How long does it take to ship?

Orders ship out Monday - Thursday before 3pm CST. Frozen products will always be shipped overnight. All other items take 1-3 business days to arrive.

How much is shipping?

Shipping cost will vary by weight, please use the shipping calculator on the checkout page.

Orders over $250 will ship for free.

Do you ship internationally?

Due to the nature of our product we currently do not ship internationally.
