United States Shipping Information
All delivery times are approximate and given in business days (Monday-Friday).
The day that the order is placed is not considered a day in transit (If the order is placed after the 12:00 PM Central Time cut-off time Monday - Friday the order will be processed and shipped the following business day which is not a day in transit). If an order is placed on the weekend, The order will ship on Monday (which is not a day in transit) which is the next business day. All order time frames are based on shipping from our location in San Antonio, Texas or. If a faster shipping option is chosen, it is at our discretion as to how we get it to you in that time frame, whether we pay a higher fee to have it shipped from one of our distributors or to the freight company.
We ship with FedEx, UPS, and USPS (US Post). The courier used is at our discretion.
Item Arrived Damaged?
If your item arrived damaged, You will need to supply images of the damaged item and of the packaging so a damage claim can be filed we will the carrier. We will supply a return shipping label to send the damaged item back if the carrier requires this as well as shipping out a replacement part. Please email us at sales@orangegrovetradingpost.com with your images of damage and the order number.
